Mr Benjamin T. Brown
BChiroSc, MChiro, MSc (Hons) candidate
Mr Benjamin Brown is currently undertaking research at the Department of Health and Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He graduated from Macquarie University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. He went on to complete his Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie, graduating in 2002.
Mr Brown is currently completing a Master of Science (Honours) at Macquarie University and dedicates the remainder of his time to private practice.
Mr Brown is currently running a clinical trial investigating the influence of a biopsychosocial-based treatment regimens, on the clinical manifestations of the chronic endocrine disorder, hypothyroidism. Mr Brown has special interest in the psychological and social aspects of ill health and disease, and more specifically the investigation of techniques that claim to address these psychosocial factors. The current focus of Mr Brown’s research is on the Chiropractic technique Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET).
